InvertLogic EOOD is a company registered in Bulgaria and working across the EU. We are building our own e-commerce brands, and we build the same thing for people who have a product and no technical side: the store, the payments, the shipping, the product data, and someone who keeps it working afterwards.
What we run
InvertLogic is the parent company for the e-commerce brands it operates. We pick the product, build the store, deal with the suppliers and run the thing day to day. The first brands are in build now.
We do not publish the brand names while they are being built, and we would rather say that than dress the page with logos. What matters here is that we run stores with our own money before we build one with yours.
What we build for others
The product, and what you want it to be. You do not need to know what a platform is, which payment provider to pick, or how a courier integration works. That is the part we do.
The store itself, the product catalogue and its data, payments, delivery and couriers, domain and company email, and the reporting that tells you what sold. Live and taking orders, not a design mockup.
A store is not a delivery, it is something that has to keep working. We stay on it: fixes, updates, new products, changes as the range grows. You get one person who knows the whole build.
Scope and price agreed in writing before anything starts. You own the store, the domain and the data at the end of it, not us. If we think the idea does not need a build yet, we will say so.
The people building your store should be people who have to run one themselves.
For wholesalers and suppliers
We buy for our own stores, from wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers anywhere in the EU. We take delivery inside the EU and hold the stock ourselves rather than dropshipping, so you ship to one address per order and not to end customers.
Your counterparty is InvertLogic EOOD, a Bulgarian legal entity with a bank account in its own name. Contracts and invoices are issued to and by the company, never to a private person.
